PEN’s PAY BACK TO DONORS - 18A TAX EXEMPTION and BEE

PEN regards, highly, the backing received from treasured supporters.  In return, as qualified Public Benefit Organisation (PBO), we can provide you with an 18A tax certificate for your contribution.  With this certificate you can deduct your bona fide cash or property donation, made in kind, from your taxable income, if the donation does not exceed 10% of your taxable income. 

We are also proudly BEE compliant as a level 2 contributor with a score of 88.46. We scored in the sectors: Employment Equity, Skills Development, Enterprise Development and Socio-Economic Development.
