                        Wholeness

PEN understands ‘Evangelism’ in its broader sense as being and doing the Good News of Jesus Christ and not just talking about it.  We believe the Gospel of Jesus to be a transformative force in our own lives and in the lives of those we serve and therefore have developed a network of programs to unleash this potential.

                        Small Groups

                        Picture
Across the city approximately 700 children and teenagers of various cultural backgrounds attend small groups, called ‘Kingdom Kids’ and ‘Pal Groups’.  A number of small groups also exist for students, adults and elderly people.  These small groups often form the first vital link to the many other services of PEN.

                        Picture
Weekly discussion groups are held at various schools throughout the inner city.  The children’s ward of the Steve Biko Academic Hospital is visited weekly to help spread God’s love to those who so desperately need it.

                        Camps

                        Picture
Fourteen weekend camps and two sea camps are held annually. PEN uses these opportunities to guide the children and teenagers in our programs to work on their spiritual, emotional and social journeys.
