We are a faith based community born out of the Dutch Reformed Church. For the past 30 years, PEN has ignited change, rebuilt communities, and nurtured togetherness in the inner city of Pretoria.
Aiming to help individuals escape the grips of multi-generational poverty caused by injustice, we uplift our community members leading to continuous and lasting change and inspiring life stories to be rewritten.
By embracing liberty, justice, dignity and community, we strive for a better, stronger, unified South Africa. Through reigniting the spirit of ubuntu, we see a South Africa where everyone belongs and thrives.
